KiXtart consists of five executable components: Kix32.exe, the main program file Kx16.dll, a 16-bit DLL used to connect to Netapi.dll on Windows 9x clients Kx32.dll, a 32-bit DLL used to connect to Netapi.dll on Windows 9x clients Kxrpc.exe, a Windows NT service to support Windows 9x clients Kx95.dll, a 32-bit dynamic link library (DLL) used to connect to the KiXtart RPC service All executables components can be installed on and run from the network or from the local hard disk of the client systems.
